Racing programs typically are not cancelled based on the forecast of inclement weather. Should rain or any other inclement weather an unsafe racing surface or environment, racing will be cancelled and an announcement will be posted to all Brighton Speedway media channels and sent to local media outlets.
The management of Brighton Speedway reserves the right to cancel a scheduled race program at any time.
In the event of rain during a racing program, officials will stop the event and examine all possible avenues to complete the night’s racing program.
If the program cannot be continued and all qualifying heats have been completed the program is considered complete and rain checks will not be offered.
If qualifying heats have not been completed for all divisions, rain checks will be issued for the next regularly scheduled event. Rain checks are your admission ticket from the rainout night and are required for admission at the next event.
